Having 28 years of experience in the F & B industry, I decided to roll over into the real estate industry after obtaining my first paper qualification- the Common Examinations for House Agents- in short CEHA in 1996. and later accreditations with relevant organistions and authorities

This course and practical training prepares would-be industry players for a fruitful career and gives clients their money's worth.

Having the necessary experience and closing numerous deals and hundreds of clients, I have been operating my agency for the past nine years. It is a very satisfying experience - serving clients as I would in my previous job. Clients go away happy, recommend their contacts and the base grows larger.

We deal in all sectors of the real estate industry.  We have co-operations with many real estate corporations, both private and GLCs and co-broked deals together to the well beings of the clients, both locals as well as overseas.

I have done many cases for desevering hardship HDB lessees on a pro bono basis and glad to say many had satisfying comments.
Now I am  fully qualified as an Estate Agents according to  the Estate Agents Act controlled by the CEA (Council for Estate Agencies)
